At Tripy Mobility Teknoloji A.\u015e., we are firmly committed to treating all individuals with dignity, equality, and fairness. We believe that everyone has the right to work freely and voluntarily, to receive fair compensation, and to be protected from abuse, coercion, and exploitation. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking in any part of our organisation or supply chain. Tripy actively works to identify, prevent, and address the risk of modern slavery and is committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure no part of our business contributes to the violation of human rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

Organisation Structure and Business<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Tripy Mobility is a micromobility technology company focused on delivering shared electric bicycle systems to promote sustainable urban transport. We develop software systems in-house, operate assembly and maintenance hubs in T\u00fcrkiye, and manage international supplier relationships for hardware and spare parts such as IoT modules, batteries, and aluminium frames. We are expanding our operations into the UK, including employing local staff and engaging UK-based subcontractors.<\/span><\/p>\n

Supply Chain<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Tripy\u2019s supply chain includes hardware manufacturers, spare part providers, logistics partners, and service subcontractors. As part of our compliance efforts, we assess our partners on criteria including labour practices, environmental impact, and ethical conduct. Supplier relationships are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with our values and applicable laws.
\nWe are in the process of formalising our Supply Chain Responsibility Policy, which will further strengthen our due diligence mechanisms, including audit trails, documentation requirements, and risk-based monitoring.<\/span><\/p>\n

Policies on Modern Slavery<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Tripy is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any area of our business or supply chains. Our current policies \u2014 including the Fair Labor Practices Statement, Equality and Diversity Policy, and Government Living Wage Commitment \u2014 reflect our broader dedication to ethical employment.
\nWe apply the same principles to all suppliers and subcontractors and expect them to adhere to the same zero-tolerance approach. No form of abuse, harassment, forced labour, or intimidation is tolerated in any form \u2014 including sexual exploitation, excessive working hours, discriminatory practices, or child labour.<\/span><\/p>\n
