Deletion of Account

For security reasons, we cannot delete an account on your behalf. In order to request to delete your account, you must first log in to your account. If you want to permanently delete your account through our application, you can follow the steps below

1. To access your profile page, click on the menu at the top left of the screen.
2. Then click on the settings page in the menu.
3. Click profile on the page that opens.
4. Tap the ‘Delete My Account’ button at the bottom of the page.
5. An information text will appear on the screen, which you should read carefully before deleting your account. Please read this text carefully.
6. Complete the process by tapping the ‘OK’ button below the information text.

Once the transaction has been successfully completed, your request for deletion of your account will have been received. Within 30 days after your request to delete your account, your account and all your data will be permanently deleted, and you will not be able to retrieve this information.
