Easily download our application to your mobile phone, find Tripy bikes near you and rent the one you want. You can rent for short or long term. You can unlock your bike by scanning the QR code through the application. During the rental period, you can take your bicycle to the desired location indicated on the map and at the end of the rental, you must park the bicycle in a way that does not obstruct pedestrians and vehicles; in this way, we keep the city tidy and provide access to bicycles for other users.
Our bike hire prices may vary depending on the country and city you are in. You can learn the exact price from the Tripy App according to your preferred pick-up location and rental period. We also offer monthly membership plans for regular use as well as short journeys and daily rentals.
When you arrive where you want with Tripy, lock him in a safe place and end your journey by taking a photo of Tripy after pressing the end ride button on the mobile application.
You can park your bicycle wherever you want during the rental period. At the end of the rental, you must return the bicycle to the designated free parking spaces. If you do not return to the designated riding area in the app, you will be charged a relocation fee. These spots keep the city organised and protect the environment. Be careful when parking your bicycle and consider other travellers.
Before the rental, you must add your card details to the tripy Wallet section. If you select the ‘Start Driving’ option without adding your card details, the application will redirect you to the add card screen.
Service zones are indicated on the map screen. You can temporarily move out of the zone, but you cannot lock Tripys outside the zone.
If there is a technical problem that prevents you from completing your journey in Tripy, you can lock Tripy in a safe place and end the journey. If you report the problem to us within the application, our field teams will intervene as soon as possible.
Tripy Premium package is for 12 months. The opening of the rides is free of charge and offers the advantage of being charged at 1₺ per minute. It is limited to 180 minutes per day and 1500 minutes per month. After the overage, the rides are charged at the current usage tariff. Tripy Premium package offers a fixed price guarantee for 12 months unless cancelled.
